Acupuncture- It actually works!!

I was always a little bit sceptical when it came to alternative medicine, but having trapped my sciatic nerve, I went to see an osteopath, who recommended acupuncture.
I am not good with needles generally, to the point of swinging for someone trying to give me an injection once.
I didnt even feel the needles go in, and they have helped massively.

I am now a fully fledged convert, or so my reiki teacher told me before he gave me a holistic massage.

Back pain still sucks, but is getting better.
